Our permission system definitely offers more!
In the latest update, we have focused on expanding our advanced permissions system to give you even more control over access to data. You can now appoint a Project Operations Manager on a project who has full control over project operations, but without access to financial data and hourly rates. Benefit from an enhanced global permissions system, where you will find many new options for managing permissions, including the ability to view project data without editing. Receive new capabilities in the CRM section, allowing you to only view a list of contractors and their key contact details. Add or view external project costs while keeping other financial data private.
If you have a situation where employees are only adding costs to their projects but not managing projects or finances, this could be an excellent entitlement option to implement from today 💪
We have an automatic preview of all files in ICP!
In IC Project we have introduced a feature that allows you to automatically preview your PDF files. Now you no longer need to download each file to view it. All you have to do is add a PDF file to the tool, and when you click on it, you will see its contents directly in the application. This is a great convenience, especially if you often work with PDF files. Now your work will be even smoother and more efficient!
Discover a new option for generating time reports with time types
You already have further possibilities available to you in the generation of time reports. Are you familiar with the defined time types? Each reported time must be assigned to a specific type, such as paid, unpaid or overtime. You can now define these time types in the settings tab.
What’s more, we now offer the option to include these types of working time in the reports. This way, you will be able to transparently see how much time has been reported in each of these types. This is another step towards full transparency and control over working time management!
Add contractors and operators to service tickets faster
This time, we focused on the service ticket module and created the ability to instantly add contractors and operators to incoming tickets. Now you no longer need to edit each request separately. Simply click on the relevant icon, which you will find next to each request in the panel.
To use this new feature, simply visit the service ticket module, which you will find in the left-hand menu. When a new request appears in the system, you will see special icons next to the contractor and operator columns. By clicking on the appropriate icon, you will be able to quickly assign the selected company or operator to the ticket. Remember that once you have assigned an operator, the system will automatically send them a notification.
Our aim has always been to make our users’ work easier and to provide them with the best tool for effective project management. With new options in the permissions system, automatic PDF previewing, faster addition of contractors and operators to service tickets and many other improvements, we are sure to make your daily work even smoother and more enjoyable.
