TIER-3 standard

The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) has developed the ANSI/TIA-942 standard that defines the reliability tiers for facilities of this type. Our Data Center meets stringent requirements of the TIER-3 standard, ensuring infrastructure redundancy.

Uninterrupted power supply

Guaranteed uninterrupted power supply. In case of a power blackout, the operation of our devices is maintained first by the UPS system and then, after several seconds, a Diesel power generator that ensures long-term power supply.

Redundant cooling

The redundant cooling system of our data center is based on Daikin’s solutions and the so-called free cooling. We apply division of space into hot and cold corridors which ensures appropriate efficiency of the cooling process.

Network

Data Center connected to an optical fibre ring with three separate routes. We work based on Juniper and HP network hardware and can match connections with bitrade ranging from 1 Mbps to 10 Gbp. Speed of a lightning bolt.

Technical floor

Our raised technical flow reduces the time needed to perform technical maintenance. This is obviously advantageous for the customers. The floor load bearing capacity is 1500 kg/m2. Solutions of this type mitigate the risk of mistakes and accidents.

Physical security

We ensure continuous visual surveillance (CCTV) of both the server room and the area surrounding the building. We use access control and the facility is obviously equipped with a proper fire safety system. 24/7 warranty service.
