How does it work?

For the module to work effectively, you need to give it two key pieces of information.

First, define days off so that the tool knows when the team is realistically working. The second step is to determine each person’s availability. Can you work 40h a week, or are you a fan of a 4-day week? We need to know this, and then the magic happens.

After 2 minutes of setup, we move on to planning the work. When working on projects and tasks in IC Project, you plan the allocated time per task for each person. A special algorithm analyses the scheduled time and also when the task is scheduled for. This allows you to show full workload in visual form.

One click and the system will show you what is affecting a person’s occupancy with the full ability to adjust the plan, and analyse what happens when…
