More innovations in the workload module ?
We have introduced the possibility to change from a time-based view to a task-based view in order to focus not only on the number of hours worked, but also on the number of tasks assigned to a given employee on a specific day ?️ This revolutionary solution allows tasks to be controlled in a quantitative way, while also enabling the ongoing management of task-based work. ?
To use this feature, simply go to the workload module and then select whether you want to manage the chart by hours or by tasks. Entering the maximum number of tasks per day for a given user allows you to monitor work workloads precisely. Each new task assigned to a user affects the chart, and expanding the chart allows you to see these tasks on the timeline. The task-by-task chart is not only a tool for managing employee workload, but also an excellent solution for the ongoing monitoring of tasks in a team. ?
Download invoices and financial files instantly in ZIP format! ?
Introducing a new solution that allows you to instantly download selected invoices and financial files in ZIP format ?️ You no longer need to waste time downloading each invoice separately or files related to expenses or income. Select, click, and you’re done!
To check the operation, go to the financial tab from the left or top menu on a specific project. Here you will find sections covering invoices, costs and income. You can now download each invoice as a PDF file, but that’s not all! Select the invoices you want on the left-hand side, click the ‘Download files’ button and all invoices will be automatically zipped and downloaded in one go as a ZIP file. ?
This new feature also works for attaching files to added costs and revenues in IC Project, ensuring speed and efficiency in every aspect of financial management. ?
Intuitive time entry mechanism! ⏱️
Our completely new mechanism, created with speed and ease in mind, aims to speed up the time entry process by eliminating unnecessary steps. ⏰
You’ll find this innovative feature wherever you enter or report your working time, ensuring not only efficiency but also convenience ? You no longer have to agonise over selecting hours and minutes – simply enter what feels most natural to you and our mechanism will accurately convert it into time. ? When you click on the time field, you will see a completely new solution, allowing you to freely enter time in any form ? For example, enter 1h, 1 (=1h), 1h20 (=1h 20 minutes), 1 20 (=1h 20 minutes), 1h20m (=1h 20 minutes), or use a numerical form such as 1.5 (=1h 30 minutes), 1.5 (=1h 30 minutes) or simply 1 (=1h). Our intelligent algorithm will independently convert the entered data into a comprehensible hours and minutes format. ⏳
We knew there were easier ways to report your time, so we now present a solution that will meet your needs and save you valuable time. ?
Sort your favourite projects and line them up from the top! ?
Now you have full control over the order of your favourite projects in IC Project! With our new sorting function, you can arrange your projects from top to bottom or bottom to top, depending on your preference ? It’s a simple, yet extremely effective solution that allows you to adjust the order of your projects according to their importance to you.
Moving to the view of all projects, in the top right corner you will find the option to sort the view. When you click this option, a new sorting solution ‘Favourite project’ is available at the very bottom. Remember that you can easily add each project to your favourites by using the asterisk next to the name of that project. The system will remember everything. ?
? You can now control your workload through a new task view, instantly download invoices and financial files in ZIP format, and use an intuitive time entry mechanism. In addition, sorting favourite projects gives you full control over your work organisation.
