Faced with the challenges of comprehensive project management, KRC Industry had to confront the coordination of activities between the project leader, integrator staff and the customer in the context of implementing robots in production processes. In this context, a key aspect was to ensure the integration of all relevant elements in one central tool.

Implementation process

Remote team training enabled all staff to gain a full understanding of IC Project’s functions and capabilities. Existing processes were adapted to the functions offered by IC Project. The implementation process allowed the tool to be configured according to the individual needs of the company, maximising the efficiency of project activities.
