How do I integrate my IC Project calendar with my Outlook?

Take a look at the right-hand side, follow the basic steps and you will have put two functional calendars together.

  1. Go to the calendar in IC Project.
  2. Click the ‘Synchronisations’ option in the top right corner.
  3. Set the integration conditions.
  4. Copy the URL above.
  5. Open Outlook Calendar in a new window or tab.
  6. Click “Add Calendar” and then select the “Subscribe from Web” tab.
  7. Paste in the copied URL.
    You can now change the calendar settings.
  8. Click “Import”. The calendar will appear on the left under “Other calendars”.
