Works of Gorycki & Sznyterman can be found in cultural buildings constructed in highest standards, television, sports facilities and many other places that are sometimes difficult to name.

Challenge

Developing big and advanced projects, we were looking for a tool that would streamline project and task-based work. Internal communication was based on e-mails, telephones and other messengers, which affected the information flow. We also noticed issues in terms of task-based work that was not properly systematised.

Implementation process

The IC Project implementation process in Gorycki & Sznyterman has been completely problem-free. The tool has been implemented in several departments, including but not limited to the design, marketing or sales departments, which streamlined communication between employees to a great extent.
