Implementation for Ruch Chorzów

Ruch Chorzów is a Polish football club founded in 2910, one of the most decorated clubs in Poland. It is a 14 times Champion of Poland, 6 times Vice-Champion of Poland, 3 times winner of the Polish Cup, quarterfinalist of the European Cup, quarterfinalist of the UEFA Cup and finalist of the UEFA Intertoto Cup. In the all-time Ekstraklasa raking, it used to be ranked first to mid-90’s, currently it is ranked third. It is ranked second in the medal table of the Polish Football Champions.

Challenge

Ruch Chorzów has been developing a new organisational structure for the past several years. That entails a modern approach to club management and, thus, generates the need for implementation of a common work platform for the entire club. Before, task-based work did not go so well, we lacked effective communication, modern notifications or quick access to data from the smartphone level.

Implementation process

During implementation, Ruch Chorzów received comprehensive assistance on the part of the IC Project team. All employees were frequently in contact to gain key information. The entire process was very efficient. The proof is that Ruch Chorzów has been organising the work of the entire club by means of IC Project for over 3 years now.
