February saw further changes and innovations to IC Project. This time we focused on supplementing the system with key functionalities resulting from feedback from you, our customer. In addition, we also made an extremely important milestone in the technology and structure of the entire tool, the completion of which opened the way for further new implementations. Improved repetition for tasks now available. Repeat tasks automatically! ⚡
We have a task repeater for you, which has been improved from the previous version and thus offers everything to fully automate your work on tasks in IC Project. The option to repeat a task can be found on each task under the additional options icon in the top right corner. Click ‘Repeat Task’ and set the conditions for its repetition. Every day, on a selected day of the week, every month or maybe a specific day of the month? Totally free, you’re in charge. ?
A repeating task will duplicate all key data from the task on which you set its repeating task. On each cyclic task you can also stop, disable or delete its repetition. You therefore gain full automation for your task work. Each task will appear exactly when you really need it. Simple, yet extremely effective for managing repetitive tasks.
WE ARE GLOBAL! ? Switch your language to Polish, English… German or Italian! ?? ??
The IC Project is going global, and all the way! ? You can already switch your language to the current Polish or English, but you will also find total novelties, i.e. the system in German and Italian. ?? ?? Of course you will also find our sales page in the new languages for the translated system.
We therefore say Hallo! and Ciao! for new markets as well as potential foreign users. If your company works with Italian or German partners, you know what to do ?
Manage working time types even more effectively by creating your own working environment ✌️
There is a totally new functionality in the system that will allow you to 100% define the types for reported working times, as well as their functionality. All you need to do is to go to project settings (from the top right) from your administrator privileges and then find the ‘Types of reported times’ option. Here you can specify your own names for the time types, designate a default one that will always be prompted, and also specify whether the time type should calculate costs at rates. ?
This is a significant change that has been based on your feedback as our customer. We are very happy to build on this and create an increasingly customisable system for each company’s needs. At this point, you are in charge of the reported working time in all ways. ?
Export time reports in any format and save to the system! ✅
All time reports in IC Project are now downloadable in any format – PDF or XLSX. This allows you to quickly and efficiently pull data from the system in a nice, visual form. In addition, you can save each report so that it remains in the appropriate tab for later. This, in turn, will allow you to rely on templates and defined reports. ?
Options for downloading reports can always be found in the top right-hand corner once a report has been generated. Generate, download and analyse. PS. Remember also the dynamic timesheet view reports in our system, which you will find on the left menu and in the tab at the level of each project.
Change in structure and technology of the whole system on app.icproject.com ??
The technological change for the IC Project system as a whole was a very significant milestone, which paves the way for further new functionalities. Your tool is now not available under a so-called subdomain (name.icproject.com), but in the app.icproject.com structure. ?
With this solution, we have structurally unified the whole system, and the change will allow us to implement further new functionalities, integrations with other tools that were in practice waiting on app.icproject.com.
The only change you may notice in relation to app.icproject.com is the changed address in your browser. Rest assured, it’s the same system, but technologically enhanced to continue offering further changes ? .
As you can see, we are not stopping in action. You’re about to see more new things, and they’re going to be chunky changes! We can reveal that we are working on new modules and integrations with the tools you use every day. ? PS.
