In the final month of this year, we’ve introduced several updates and new features in IC Project to make your work even smoother and tailor the system to your needs. A new dark mode for the entire system
Modern software should meet user expectations not only in functionality but also in user comfort. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce a feature many of you have been waiting for—dark mode for the entire IC Project system! Now you can work more comfortably by choosing between light and dark modes.
Here’s how you can use the new feature. Switching views is incredibly simple—just click on your avatar in the top-right corner of the system, then select the option that best suits your preferences. This feature is available to all users and has been introduced to enhance personalization.
But that’s not all! Alongside the new dark mode, we’ve also updated the light version of the system, improving its clarity and aesthetics. Our goal is to create the best possible work environment that not only streamlines project management but also makes everyday tasks more enjoyable.
New permissions for creating operational projects
At IC Project, we’re constantly focused on development and adapting functionality to user needs. We’re pleased to announce new permissions related to creating operational projects. Users with this role can now create and manage projects without accessing the financial module at the project level.
This is the perfect solution for teams requiring clearly defined responsibility separation. To assign these new permissions, you’ll need access to manage system permissions. Then, go to Settings → Users → Permissions, where you’ll find the new option.
New notifications for task description changes
We’ve added a new notification option for you to enable—a perfect feature for those who want to stay updated on all task changes. The new task description change notification can now be activated through your chosen method: email, browser notification, or directly on your smartphone. It works for all tasks assigned to you or subscribed by you.
To manage notifications, click your avatar in the top-right corner, go to Settings, and then to Personalization. Here, you’ll find the notifications module, where you can customize every notification sent by the system. In the tasks section, you’ll find our latest addition. While you’re there, why not review and adjust other notifications too?
