More possibilities in the permissions system!
We have introduced new capabilities in our advanced permissions system to better meet our users’ needs. Now, you can precisely define who can manage, add, or simply view contact persons, also known as guests. To use these new settings, just go to the system settings, select the users section, and then the permissions tab. There, for each role, you will find a new section dedicated to contact persons.
Previously, permissions for contact persons were linked to the permissions for the entire user section. Now, we have introduced the ability to manage these permissions separately. You can decide who will have full access to manage contact persons, who can only create new contacts, and who can only view them.
In the contact persons section, there are three switches: manage, create, and view. The manage switch provides full access to add, delete, and edit contacts. The create option allows users to add new contacts and view the ones they have created. The view switch enables users to see all the contacts in the system.
Download absence reports in XLSX format!
Now you can download absence reports in XLSX format, making them easier to view and edit. After generating a report from any data set, simply go to the reports section in the left menu, select the report you are interested in, and click the “Download XLSX” option in the top right corner. The report will automatically be downloaded in XLSX format, allowing you to make any modifications as needed.
Set payment deadlines for costs and revenues!
We have added a new feature to the financial module! Now you can set payment deadlines for added costs and revenues. This option is available both at the project level and in the general financial module. You can sort costs and revenues by payment deadlines and use advanced search by date range. To use this feature, go to the financial module and then select either costs or revenues.
Discover the new Kanban board!
We’ve redesigned our Kanban board, adding new features and improving its appearance. Now, moving tasks between columns is smoother thanks to a subtle background animation, making everything more intuitive. Each column now has a task counter and status indicator.
We’ve made numerous changes to the task cards. You can now set the task’s deadline, priority, and assign appropriate team members right when adding a task. After adding a task, you will always see its deadline, and you can assign new people, change existing assignments, set dependencies, change the priority, and copy the task name with one click. If the task includes a description, work time, checklist, files, or other elements, icons on the task card will quickly take you to the respective sections.
We have changed the way you can download absence reports, added options for precisely setting payment deadlines, redesigned the Kanban board, and enhanced the permissions system to better meet your needs.
