Week by week, the possibilities of artificial intelligence are developing and this is building incredible opportunities for you or your business. We are definitely aware of what’s going on in the world and react to market changes in no time. That’s why we’re announcing to all… you can already use the special AI Assistant during your daily tasks in IC Project. However, this is only the beginning of great things to come. In the IC Project, we have set up a special department that focuses solely on the possibilities offered by artificial intelligence. We are paving the way for the future, and you must do it with us.

What is the AI Assistant in IC Project?

The AI Assistant in IC Project brings the full possibilities of artificial intelligence to your task work. You can already create descriptions for tasks with great ease, as well as add new comments using text generated by artificial intelligence. The AI Assistant is an option to type in any command based on which text will be generated for you. After each response to your command, you can accept, reject or re-generate the response. If you wish, there is also no obstacle to combining the generated content with your own concept.

Artificial intelligence has it that it needs to know how to talk to it in order to get the best possible stories. We, on the other hand, want to help you as much as possible with this and have therefore created ready-made commands that you can use with great ease.

Where and how can I find the AI Assistant in ICP?

The AI assistant is a magical robot icon that has been additionally marked with a red label. You will find the assistant on every task when writing a description or comment.

Go to the task, click on edit description and you will definitely notice our new AI robot under the description window. Go ahead and start writing any comment on the task and the same icon will appear again on the left.

We have a proposal. Go through our assistant with us now, so that you know once and for all where it stands. Then read about its possibilities and test how it works in your daily work. We guarantee that you will not regret it.

Use the ready-made prompts to save your time.

Artificial intelligence has it that you have to know how to talk to it in order to get the best possible answers. We, on the other hand, want to help you as much as possible with this and have therefore created ready-made commands that you can use with great ease.

Ready-made commands are something that will help immensely to generate exactly the content you want. When generating a description, you can click the ready-made option ‘Generate description based on information in the task’ and the AI will use what it has to populate the description with the most important information from your task. Don’t spend any more time writing or completing documentation. One click and it’s done.

Let’s move on, however, and so to your daily task communication. On each task in the comments tab, you also get the AI Assistant to use. Here you have options to openly generate any content you wish, but you will also find many ready-made commands, which are the most common comments among users in the ICP.

Here you will find ready-made commands such as:

• Confirm that you are working on the task
• Confirm that the task has been completed
• Inform you that work on the task has been suspended.
• Inform you that you are currently unable to complete the task

Well, now let’s sit down and think about it. How many of these types of comments do you actually have to write each day? It’s definitely necessary, but we’re aiming to save you time, and the IC Project is here to support you in this on many levels. So now all it takes is one click and a comment with a specific content will be generated automatically. We are convinced that this will be a great support in your daily work.

Adapt each answer in terms of form, style and length. 

Every answer has to be perfect, we know this and we know your expectations. That’s why you’ll find additional possibilities in our AI Assistant to reformulate your answer, change its style and also its length. Everything just the way you want it.

Once the AI has generated a response, at the bottom you will find the first option called ‘Reformulate’ which allows you to rewrite the content, but in a different way. If you don’t have an idea for a specific style change, rephrasing will be a great option.

The second solution to customising your answer is, of course, its length. Here, all you have to do is click the ‘Change length’ option and you can choose with great ease whether you want a longer answer… or maybe a shorter one? Totally free, you decide and the artificial intelligence works for you in this aspect by generating the content.

The last adjustment is to change the style of your answer. Sometimes you need a more formal response to a supervisor on a task, and sometimes a more casual form will be better. Rest assured, you can do it all in two clicks. You click the ‘Change style’ option and see the following prompts: 

• more professional
• more casual
• more formal
• more fun

As you can see, it’s very simple. You can adapt each answer in many ways, from the general form of the answer, to the length, to the style. And beware, the fun style can sometimes surprise you but also make everyone at your task smile 😉
